All of our products are carefully chosen, and nearly 80% of our stock now fulfils at least one of the following principles: Organic, Recycled or Reclaimed, Fair or Ethically Traded, Supporting local crafts people and the local economy and From sustainable sources.
All adults with a learning difficulty who work alongside us are treated with dignity and respect; their contributions valued and recognised, and are involved in meaningful work within the Lantern Shop and workshops.
Within the unique environment of the Lantern Centre, a beautiful building which has achieved architectural awards for both its design and green credentials, we warmly welcome visitors to experience our shop, the Busy Bee café and bookshop, offering:
